I met Nicole Pace first on Model Mayhem, a really talented hair and make-up artist who wanted to collaborate – I was thrilled! It took us about 6 months for us to finally get together – she had some amazing ideas. I thought it would be fun to work with a fashion designer as well as to showcase Nicole’s work. I met Alejandra Valiant for Ale G Design who had some beautiful clothing and was on board for the shoot at Orange Studio in downtown Orlando. Tying up the perfect day was gorgeous model Julia Vivian who made all our work look so lovely! So much fun to play all day and bring out my favorite passion of all things fashion. Thank you so much Nicole, Ale and Julia for making this happen. Can’t wait for our next shoot! xo

Very excited to have been invited to the Photography and Fashion … Snap! Orlando and Neiman Marcus Event! My favorite things were there – beautiful fashion, champagne and fabulous art. There was a photography exhibit from one of my most favorite people in the world – talented fine art photographer Paris Carter. Her black and white self portraits are amazing. Also a presenting sponsor was my talented friend, photographer Gian Carlo Brand and whose beautiful work was also on display.

Meredith and Mitch | Engagement Photography in Winter Park FL
I was so happy when Meredith called me to tell me she was getting married – she had modeled for some amazing bridal and fashion shoots for us and we became friends. As we talked about her wedding and engagement photos we decided we wanted to do a bohemian-styled-engagement shoot. Her sweetie Mitch is a musician (he proposed to her with his guitar case that had “Will You Marry Me” scrawled on the side) and thought they would look so great together in front of a 1973 VW van (thank you Jose!) and with a ring of flowers in Meredith’s hair. We got rained out a couple of times, but it was not hard to get some amazing shots of this wonderful couple at Dickson Azalea Park.
Tomorrow Meredith and Mitch get married at the Farmers Market in Winter Park. We can’t wait <3

Meredith {Bridal Fashion}
Most people do not know that way back when, I went to school in Miami for fashion design and illustration. I have so loved the fashion world since I can remember, pouring through Vogue and W, inch by inch hoping to absorb each page full of beauty. Back then I finally realized that though I loved the fashion and design, I hated to sew. Ahh! I really struggled with that…not so good if you want to be a fashion designer. I ended up at the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale, much better suited for illustration, color and design.
But I never lost my love for fashion, still devouring the fashion magazines and watching Project Runway (OK… America's Top Model too… ) Though my passion is photographing weddings, I can't give up my love affair with photographing models, beauty, fashion. How lucky for me to be able to combine my loves into my Bridal Fashion photos shoots. Hope you enjoy one of my favorites.

I loved taking photos of Meredith – That hair! Those eyes! Beautiful AND sweet, Meredith is 22 and goes to UCF as an Interpersonal/Organizational Communications major and wanted to update her portfolio. So happy to be able to take these photos and can't wait to photograph this model again – next we are going to do a bridal fashion shoot with amazing hair – updos, flowers, lots of flowing tresses… stay tuned!

Jordan
I photographed Jordan over the summer (See Jordan's album on my facebook page) and was lucky enough to update her modelling portfolio again. She is a graphic design student at UCF and a beautiful model that did an amazing job and was up for anything – including darkness, cold weather and mosquito bites with ease and grace. Thank you Jordan! Special thanks to make up artist Shannon Daugherty del Campo for her lovely and professional work and to my mentee from Ovideo High School Austin for assisting.
The Knot Magazine
I am so excited to be a part of premier wedding magazine The Knot advertising. We are featured photographers and have a full page ad in the Florida edition coming out this Christmas! Of course, it was so important to have the exact right photographs to showcase our work, so we wanted to do a fabulous bridal fashion shoot. I looked for a specific-looking model and did a lot of searching before I found beautiful Meghan Williams from Model Mayhem. She had the perfect look and is an experienced model. The funny part is that it turned out her parents lived down the street from us – small world. I had Linh Nguyen, who is one of my very favorite make up artists do hair and make up and had Courtney and my wonderful friend Paris Carter assisting.
I wanted a woodsy, fairy tale feel to the shoot and we headed over to Lake Mills Park in Chuluota which gave us a perfect backdrop of oaks, pine and natural Florida. We got there just in time for perfect twilight – and also just in time for the security guard to tell us we had 15 minutes before the park closed. We still got great shots in our short time that I wanted to share and some fun behind-the-scenes photos. And I am thrilled with my new ad. Let me know what you think!
