Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort Proposal | Mary Kate and Chris

When Chris brought Mary Kate to Disney World from Connecticut, she didn’t know that she was going to get proposed to. Or that Chris brought their friends and family to surprise her afterward. They had a beautiful private dinner on the balcony of Disney’s Grand Floridian resort where he proposed, then went down to the water to watch the fireworks, There her family was waiting, champagne in hand. Chris and Mary Kate, thank you! Here’s to your new life together.

The rain did not stop Nakiya and Eris from having a great engagement session last week! These Disney lovers are the nicest couple! We can not wait for their Disney Dream Cruise Wedding!

From Nakiya: Eris and I actually met online on a dating website. We had our first date at a movie and decided to make our second date the very next day! Fast forward, and we just celebrated our 3 year anniversary on a 4 night Disney Cruise to the Bahamas where we got engaged. We’re looking forward to planning our wedding on the ship the Disney Dream, where we got engaged. I am a huge Disney fan, which is why Eris chose to propose on the Disney Cruise. We travel to Disney World every year and have made so many special memories there so it only seems right to have a Disney wedding!

What I love most about Eris is his sense of humor and how we always have the time of our lives even when things don’t go as planned. Eris says that he loves my sense of adventure and determination. No matter what we’re doing we’re always laughing and having a good time.
