Anyone who knows Courtney and me knows that we are *not* early risers. Vicki, her husband Mike and their two beautiful children changed our minds quickly about that – this sunrise photo shoot is one of our favorites, and we will be doing more! The light was perfect as was this family! Thank you, Vicki, for trusting us with your family and for understanding how important family portraits are. xo
We are so excited for Jordyn and Gabe’s wedding this weekend! We had a really fun engagement session with them in New Smyrna Beach. They are the sweetest couple! I asked them what they loved about each other and how they met. Here are their answers:
From Jordyn: Gabe and I met through mutual friends. I thought it was a “girls night out” but one of the girls invited their husband and his close friend… We ended up having conversation and hitting it off, and 3 weeks later had our first date. I love Gabriel’s “dreamy eyes”, integrity, courage, compassion, and his natural ability to make me laugh. He is handpicked by God, I couldn’t have prayed for a better man to spend my life with. I’m confident I’m the luckiest girl in the world.
From Gabe: It’s been amazing to see God’s hand in Jordyn and my relationship right from the start and even now. I truly feel like she is an example of God’s redeeming grace in my life. I love her empathy, her laughter, her loyalty and steadfastness. She inspires me all the time. I’m so excited to call her my wife here shortly and continue to get to know her even more.
Nothing is more important than family and this one is no exception. Having photos of this family reunion was really essential to Mary and we were so happy to be a part of it! “Like branches on a tree, our lives may grow in different directions yet our roots remain as one.” -Unknown
Garrett is a great athlete and scholar, and also looks a lot like a model for Holister. Thank you Garrett for such a fun senior portrait shoot in Cocoa Beach! Here’s to an amazing year.
I am so in love with this Cocoa Beach Trash the Dress Photography shoot with Kim amd Royce! There was a tropical storm on the the night of their wedding. Their plans for a beautiful under-the-tent on the beach wedding went away with the wind! So we got together after for a fun run on Cocoa Beach “After the wedding”. Â No storms can keep these two apart.

I was so happy to get a call from Abigail to talk about a Trash the Dress session for her and her husband Joel. The New York couple was visiting family in Florida and wanted to do a shoot for their 5th year wedding anniversary in Cocoa Beach. Though we had never met, we all felt like we had been friends for a long time. Abigail and Joel were so sweet with each other, loving and romantic but also funny – there was lots of laughing. I felt like they had a secret that only the two of them understood. They made our job quite simple.
