Yvonne and I became friends the day she called me from New York about her wedding photography. She and Eric were having a Disney Cruise Wedding (see it here) the week of November 10, which is Courtney’s and my wedding anniversary! She said, “This is meant to be.” And so our relationship began with two engagement shoots, (here and here) the cruise wedding, a Trash the Dress session and now for their beautiful baby girl. We met at Disney (of course) and spent some time together – it means so much to us to have loyal clients-turned-friends that come back for more, year after year. Thank you Yvonne and Eric! xo

Lisa is my dearest, longest (not oldest…lol) friend. We’ve known each other since we were 14 years old. We both were pregnant with our daughters at the same time and still get together and talk frequently even though she is in Ohio. Her beautiful daughter Chelsea moved to Orlando a couple of years ago to open Avalon Exchange in Winter park (it’s a very cool store – check it out) They had an impromptu New Year family reunion with her husband Colin’s (see their sweet elopement here) family so they called us for a photo shoot, and we are so happy they did <3
Jess is a Senior at Montverde Academy – Class of 2017! We had so much fun with this Senior shoot that also included her sister Ava, both volleyball stars. Jess has just been accepted to the University of North Florida! Here’s to your new adventure Jessica! xo
In our business we get to meet the most amazing families and were really happy to meet Emma’s. She wanted photos of her Orlando family reunion celebrating her parents 50th wedding anniversary! They were great to hang out with as they shared stories and showed that family accepts you for who you are, who would do anything for you and who love you no matter what.

The Mbasu-Platt-Sykes family was thankful for the opportunity to spend summer 2016 together. The family, split between Kenya and the United States, came together on the campus of Rollins College in Winter Park. This glimpse into an extended family separated by distance, distinct in nationality and culture, created memories as rich as their diversity. We’ve been lucky enough to photograph this family for years – and every year for beautiful Scarlett’s birthday! ( See past photo shoots here and here) This year for her 5th birthday, her parents Jenn and Scott decided to go the Magic Kingdom for her birthday photo shoot, one of her favorite places. Her favorite ride is the Haunted Mansion, so we went there first so she could look “scared.” She was so convincing, I asked her jokingly is she knew someone who taught drama. She pointed to her mother – Jenn is the amazing drama teacher at Winter Springs High School! Thank you so much Scott, Jenn and Scarlette for including us in your family adventures!
